What a difference a day makes..........

Same number of miles roughly as yesterday three hours less and a longer lunch! Today was much easier there was still some steep hills but not so many and plenty of downhill and flat. It took a while to get use to the lanes snaking in between the folds of the Devon hills instead of up and over the Cornish hills. By the time we met Karen and Michael for lunch in Sampford Peverall we had done 33 miles. In the afternoon we followed a canal towpath for about 5 miles then North Devon and Somerset lanes. The last few miles were a bit hilly but I think that it was tired legs from yesterday. The last 2 miles of downhill brought us to Bridgewater services - end of Day 3!
